Ingredients
1 9-inch pie crust 3 organic eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup organic toasted halved pecans 1 cup dark organic maple syrup ½ cup molasses 3 tablespoons organic melted butter 2 tablespoons organic whole wheat flour 1 tablespoon of organic apple juice Method
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pie shell in pie pan on a baking sheet.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; stir well to combine. Pour filling into prepared pie shell. Bake until crust is golden and pie has puffed slightly, about 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove pie from oven; cool on a wire rack until set. Serve warm with whipped cream of choice.
