Meal Ideas, Starches

Let me tell you the right way. Above, is a food chart. You  are supposed to eat 1/2 fruits/veggies, 1/4 grains, and 1/4 dairy.
And also, some of yall might think potatoes and beans are veggies, but sorry disappoint you, but they are NOT veggies. They are Starches, and Starches aren't even on the food pyramid!!!! Starches are just empty-non-nutritional-calories.
(More about the food pyramid on the next post...) Starches are also FRENCH FRIES!!! I am in LOVE with french fries but they are starches!!! BUT, there are other french fries that aren't starches. Orange french fries aren't AS starchy, but they have a LITTLE starch. Sorry for the disappointment AGAIN.... Anyways, like I said on the last post water is not good for you while you are eating. (Especially when eating starches...) Ok, ONE more thing before this webshow ends.... EAT HEALTHY FOREVERMORE!!!!!!!

Food Eating Cycle

Hey Guys, welcome to todays blogpost/webshow!!!! Lets start the show!!!! Ok, so, when you eat your food sometimes, after you digest, does your stomach hurt a little at all???? Well, if so, let me tell you why. The reason it hurts is either because you are allergic to what you are eating and don't know you are allergic, or you are eating your food in the wrong order. Yes, even eating food in the wrong order could upset your stomach. Here is the CORRECT way to eat your food: 1. Eat your fruit. 2. Eat the Veggie. 3. Eat the meat or bread. 4. Eat the dairy. Thats it. Also, its not good for you to drink water during your meal. If you need to wash down some food, its ok. But try not to drink water while you are eating. I am not sure why. At least thats what my mom said :) ........ But I DO know why you shouldn't eat your food the wrong way. The reason why is because fruits and veggies have more water, so they can digest easier, while meats and grains and dairy and all that doesn't have as much water. That is why. Alright! Thats it for today!

Ants On a Log Recipe

Ok, here the recipe:
 Ants On a Log
Ingredients:
Celery
Rasins
Peanut Butter (Or Almond Butter)
Cinnamon

1. Ask your mom to get out some celery, Rasins, and Peanut Butter.
2. Take the celery and ask your mom to cut it.
3. Spread PB on the celery, and add Rasins and Cinnamon
4. ENJOY!

Welcome To Healthy Food Kidz!

Hi!
My name is Taylor. I am 10 yrs old, and interested in healthy foods. I want my friends and family to be healthy. That is why I made this blog. Well, lets get started!!!!
Today we are going to talk about VEGTABLES. Some people think they are gross, but if you try them more, they are DELICIOUS! My personnel favorite is..... CUCUMBERS!!!! I love cucumbers. Cucumbers are especially good dipped in ranch dressing. Actually, 
if you like pickles, then you will like cucumbers. Pickles are actually just pickled cucumbers!!! Also, I used to HATE some veggies like celery, and now, I love celery! I really like it with Peanut Butter If anybody is allergic to peanut butter, use Almond Butter!
It tastes EXACTLY the same! Also, i used to not like green squash and I like IT! There are SO many good veggies that you think you don't like, but give them a chance! Try them! They taste really good! Thanks!
