Hey Guys!!!! Do you ever wonder about your meal portions??? Well,Let me tell you the right way. Above, is a food chart. You are supposed to eat 1/2 fruits/veggies, 1/4 grains, and 1/4 dairy.
And also, some of yall might think potatoes and beans are veggies, but sorry disappoint you, but they are NOT veggies. They are Starches, and Starches aren't even on the food pyramid!!!! Starches are just empty-non-nutritional-calories.
(More about the food pyramid on the next post...) Starches are also FRENCH FRIES!!! I am in LOVE with french fries but they are starches!!! BUT, there are other french fries that aren't starches. Orange french fries aren't AS starchy, but they have a LITTLE starch. Sorry for the disappointment AGAIN.... Anyways, like I said on the last post water is not good for you while you are eating. (Especially when eating starches...) Ok, ONE more thing before this webshow ends.... EAT HEALTHY FOREVERMORE!!!!!!!
